As a sole trader business, registered as a business in the Australian Capital Territory, I am a self-taught maker of individual pieces of costume jewellery.
My range is designed to suit the pocket and style of the average woman - whoever she may be! - and it's all about the bling, not about taking life too seriously.
The concept of “bling” - in my world at least - is anything shiny, sparkly, colourful, pretty. There are several kinds:
- “real bling” - like grandma’s pearls
- “serious bling” - salad jewels(you know - that have carats!)
- “party bling” - tiaras and things that don't do well in daylight
